US President Donald Trump says comedian Kathy Griffin "should be ashamed of herself" for appearing in a video holding what looked like Mr. Trump's bloody, severed head.
In a post on his Twitter account on Wednesday morning, Mr Trump said, "My children, especially my 11-year-old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!"
Griffin, who helped with CNN's New Year's Eve coverage, has apologised, saying that the brief video was "too disturbing" and wasn't funny.
"I went too far," she said in a second video. "I sincerely apologise."
CNN has since confirmed they've let her go.
"CNN has terminated our agreement with Kathy Griffin to appear on our New Year's Eve program," CNN spokesman Shimrit Sheetrittold USA Today.

Biden has portrayed his likely 2024 opponent as someone who freely evokes Nazi imagery with regard to immigrants, while also stressing in speeches that Trump’s efforts to overturn his loss in the 2020 elections ultimately led to an assault on the U.S. Capitol.
“Trump is regularly inciting political violence and it’s time people take him seriously — just ask the Capitol police officers who were attacked protecting our democracy on January 6,” said Michael Tyler, the Biden campaign’s communications director.

Democrats are trying to save the USA from the crazies Republicans.
Democrats are not dumb....they are smart and informed.
The USA is constantly being challenged by other countries and political systems...but it is being united and working as a team that has made America survive all attacks.
Everybody is suffering right now because we do not produce what we eat, we favor the rich and famous and we rely on technology. Nobody wants to clean the front of their street, nobody wants to cut their grass and clean their homes, nobody wants to save money and have a budget.
Americans have given their back to hard work. They do not even want to have children.
They just want to do drugs and take advantage of others.
I do not blame them...it is hard to be working.
