Valley Mexicans are TOO LAZY and DRUNK to take advantage of a free service. Stray animals aren’t the problem...it’s the Valley Mexicans that are the problem.
With the city of Brownsville charging so many types of fees, fixing the dogs and cats should be free but instead are hiring the evil Hernandez family into another assistant city manager position? Another hundred thousand dollar job. Brownsville sucks big time.
Gringos are the ones pulling the levers and giving freebies like able to give loans to unqualified elected officials, free open accounts at local owned stores, a new car and banks that are locally owned or run by a local gringo, cheap houses, cheap land(lots), free airfaire to LAS VEGAS and other accommodations the local city administration does the same thing to turn coats like the two newly elected officials.
Y EL FBI? all the local citizens of this RATA city is requesting an investigation on all city pet projects including those two newly elected.

Cats are carnivorous beasts and they are killing off birds, frogs, lizards, snakes and mice.
Mice and snakes I can accept the cats help, but all the birds, frogs and lizards?
Cat lovers need to keep their cats indoors.
At one time I understood Rancho Viejo had an epidemic of cats.
