The Florida district judge overseeing Donald Trump's classified documents trial is facing scrutiny over a series of controversial rulings related to the case.
Judge Aileen Cannon has already been under fire for delaying the trial, almost ensuring that it will not happen before November’s election. If Trump wins and retakes the White House, he could order the Justice Department to drop the case.
Now she is facing criticism for considering arguments that could scupper the trial itself.
Trump has argued that Special Counsel Jack Smith – who has brought charges against him in Florida and Washington – was unlawfully appointed.
Critics argue Judge Cannon, an inexperienced Trump appointee, has made rulings favourable to him and taken too long to settle pre-trial matters.

Last night I didn't want to watch THE debate. However, I couldn't stay away and saw a bit of Biden's closing statement and a small portion of Trump's. What I took from the debate es que presidential candidate wise estamos bien jodidos.
Seeing Biden broke my heart. Biden should be somewhere on vacation taking "me time."

I don't know if the Kennedy dude is still running but I know that I am not voting for Trump. Maybe the VP debate will be different but as a person I don't like Kamala.

been unable to find anything illegal to impeach Biden. But, you somehow have
information that they can't seem to find. However, Jared Kushner was given two billion dollars by the Saudis. No crime there. Biden returned the documents immediately when asked. Trump refused to return them for a year and a half. Then complains that they raided his home. Gavin Newsom and Pete Buttigieg are among my choices if Biden decides he is unable to go another four years. Although President Biden didn't perform as expected on last night's debate, I'm still voting for him rather than the liar, despicable and disrespectful lunatic next to him.
