It may be time to start giving ex-Sheriff Fife a little bit of slack. After all,he did get his ass kicked in the elections. Furthermore, his entire tenure as Sheriff SUCKED and his name is enshrined as one of the top two worst sheriffs in history. So it might be time to start erasing this dude from our memories. It may not be that easy for the sheriff's office, the jails, and the entire Cameron County system to forget all his fuckups and failures!!! But for us , we are all glad he's gone and for the sake of the safety of our community --- GOOD RIDDANCE. ADIOS pencil pusher and don't forget to return your ONE BULLET, that belongs to Cameron County.

This shitty ass "Sheriff" has been the worse Cameron County has had. I think that he should as stayed at the District Clerks office. With these last four years as a I don't know what to do / school presentations Sheriff he will not be ELECTABLE in the near future. Erica also ruined alot of Law Enforcement careers including his Chief Deputy. What sucks about all this that I good reporter was fired because of politics. Shame on Channel 5 for not letting this reporter do his job. Erica time to put your realtors license to work. Karma is a bitch. Garza was not liked at the District Clerks office either,maybe besides the ones he took with him to the sheriff's office and gave them high paying jobs;higher salary then even the deputy's,but everyone else disliked him.Hes not a very likable person in general. The current district clerk is doing very well so hopefully he doesn't get any ideas and run again...

I went to the cameron county office and every body had a donut in their boca and a cup of coffee (I think) and taking a coffee break they all say it was a very hard day lots of pidiches y preguntones.... y los public servants que???
