BROWNSVILLE P.D. SEIZE DUMPED MEDICAL FILES FROM FORMER DR. RAFAEL ARREDONDO'S OFFICE

Brownsville Police Department
Various Sources

"The Brownsville Police Department responded to the 1000 block of E. Los Ebanos Blvd where medical files had been improperly disposed of in a trash bin.

Our investigators have since taken the bin as evidence and are collecting the files to ensure that all personal information is handled and disposed of securely."

A witness – who requested anonymity – reported the files being improperly disposed to police.

“These are medical records,” she said “These are clients that have Medicaid, Medicare info, social security, addresses, everything.”

She said she had been guarding the dumpster for several hours to ensure that no one would take any of the files. She even attempted to call a hotline with the Texas Attorney General for reporting sensitive files that were improperly disposed.

She said she learned first-hand the dangers of having information stolen from a similar incident.

“Trust me, it happened to me a few years back,” she recalled. “They found my info in McAllen… They found my info in a trashcan.”

DR WHO AND THE MEDICINE CLOWNS

It is up to the people to make the law work, because the law is busy at parties, with compadres, and with the girls at the office.

There is no excuse for this to happen!! They knew exactly what they were doing. Every Drs. office has a medical record section that is supposed to be well guarded. You all know how difficult it is to get a medical record right? You need a Dr release order, you need to show an ID to pick up, you need to sign a release form etc. Its a hassle, but thats the safe way to do it( and its the law). And for these people just to unlawfully , irresponsibly and lackadaisically junk all that vital information is BS . An error you say? Maybe one or two medical records mixed in with other paperwork, ok that could happen. But the amount shown ?? Nope i don’t buy the error excuse. And in this day and age with all the identity theft. What if it were your ( or a relatives)information ?? Lets hope these people are held accountable for their irresponsibility.

Wish these law enforcement boys would go out and catch a real criminal

Felix "El Chapo" Sauceda is worthless. I am surprised he did not have those kids he loves taking pictures with inside the trash bin. So desperate for attention, has his officers through through these files and puts it on Facebook. "Look at me, look at me, I'm "Chief" Sauceda"! Louie de Leon right behind him smelling his ass. Hope this guy leaves soon, we need a REAL police chief, not a Facebook loving moron.

What's going to be done to the doctor? NOTHING!

Is our infamous district attorney going to do anything about it? It sounds like to me that the doctor has violated some law by having these records thrown away? Its his office, he is responsible! His employee's who helped him are responsible! Or is Mario Saenz going to cover for the doctor?

I just hoid that certain elected official's documents were retrieved from that bin, and are being offered in the black market (flea market) for a certain amount!
