El joto de Dr. Arredondo sucked as a doctor. I hope Satan has him on a leash.
The blame should go to the Dr and his office manager for not protecting these important files. They are the ones controlling what gets kept and what goes in the trash. Total lack of professionalism and responsibility. When it comes to medical records ( which contain vital confidential and financial information) when they are no longer needed should be disposed of by a document shredding company. But I guess the culprits didn’t want to go through the expense $$$$. They made all this money off of their patients and in the end they could of cared less for their confidential information. TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. Note: The cleaning people are told what to do and they do it— they are not the so-called professionals.

Rafael was the best doctor I've ever seen and am so sorry he no longer works. Brownsville lost one of their best. His records are trashed out in error. I am sure no ill fate will fall upon anyone. God Bless Dr, Arredondo and his staff.
They have a shredding company in the Valley and on certain days it is free and you can stay and see your documents destroyed.
There are a lot of bad doctors in Brownsville. The abusive dentist, the pediatrics doctor that touches young mothers, (los pechos) etc
SHOULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO THAT AMBULANCE GUY TO SELL IN MEJICO...

Joseph Yate, and don't forget the breast toucher Antonio Diaz. May God forgive him, cuz I don't! Ladies, don't ever stay alone in an examination room without a nurse or an assistant! i messed up because he was my dr and never thought he would be capable of doing this. I did ask him why he reached into my blouse and grabbed me, he said he was doing a breast examination. I told him i have my ob/gyn to do that. I tried telling his wife Leslie, but she nearly threw me out.
