(Ed.'s Note: We haven't found out what the details are involving the charges against Assistant Cameron County District Attorney Natalie Marie Bell, but we're sure her arrest and arraignment on Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon, Family Violence Severe Bodily Injury. Is causing a stir in the D.A.'s Office.
Aggravated Assault is punishable as a first degree felony when someone uses a deadly weapon and causes serious bodily injury to someone with whom they are in a close relationship, as that is defined in the Texas Family Code.
In Bells' case, she was charged with a second-degree felony. As dedicated as the D.A.s Office is to punish family violence, the devil may be in the details of the charges. We'll update you as more becomes known about this case. Remember that all defendants are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law.)

Let's see what DA Luis Saenz does with one of his own. Actually I would like to see what his Chief Investigator George Delanany does. George thinks he is Gods gift to women and he does everything to be told he is awesome from a woman. According to Luis Saenz even if the family members don't want to press charges, he will not dismsiss the charges. What will happen is he is going to fire her, drop the charges to a misdemeanor and then put her on a very relaxed terms and it will all go away and expunged from her record. She will get another job as DA in another county. She is single, no kids and nothing to tie her down. Problem solved. She leaves the DA office and no bad publicity for DA Luis Saenz and George. Piece of Cake case. BUT if it was anyone else, forget about it. Luis Saenz ain't going to do SHIT.

But his office makes sure to prosecute others without discretion! He tried to screw a doctor over and it back fired on his office. His office screws people arrested for that vaping shit or the vials that go into it whether they have a drop or full? They make sure to prosecute the ones who commit the same thing without batting an eye. I wonder if this woman, Bell gifted him or Edward in the past?
