El Rrun-RrunRepublican Texas District 27 candidate Adam Hinojosa – on the November 5 general election ballot against Democrat incumbent Morgan LaMantia – has been sued in Nueces County Justice of the Peace court by a man who claims Hinojosa and his wife Victoria sold him a fake Rolex claiming it was real.
Rodolfo Rolando "Ron" Martinez filed the lawsuit in Nueces County's JP 1, Place 1, September 9 asking the court for discovery to ascertain the couple's Rolex purchasing, sales, and return records.
Martinez asks the court to order the Hinojosas to return the original $11,685.59 which he paid the couple, court costs, attorney's fees, plus interest, not to exceed $19,750.

The inside of the watch has to bee seen, to know if it is an authentic watch. So many people think they are buying the real thing but few go to verify with an expert to see if it is original. Now, how can the buyer prove that the watch he bought is the same one he bought from the seller. Good lawyers need to be involved in this case of Rolexfraudcrime. Or take the case to the court of Tres Patines.

Anyone can file a lawsuit. Don't pretend like this is a final order. There hasn't even been discovery. I can sue any random person for anything and have a document like this printed out. You have to wait for an actual investigation
