(The perpetrator) pulled a gun and demanded my keys. He didn't even know how to start the car.
He took my car, crashed twice on the way to the bridge, and even then, officers of the Brownsville Police Department did nothing to stop him.

Apparently – I was told – only 13 officers were available in the city. They said they have limited funds given by the state.
The detectives were a joke. They never asked if we were ok. Never asked us what the guy looked like and only asked us what he was wearing.
They were too intrigued asking about my "original" hair color, my weight, color of my eyes, skin tone and height. I felt like the criminal.
I did file a complaint today.

A long time ago someone at work stole from my purse at work. I filed a police report. A detective was assigned. I At first I didn't have any idea as to who it could be. After some detective work on my part I figured out it was woman who worked closely with me. I gather undeniable proof that the woman had committed the crime. I even managed to take a picture of her. This was before cell phones. I took the proof to the detective and foe three months he did nothing. In the mean time the thief continued to work along side me.I finally went to talk to the chief of police. The day after the detective went to my home and was upset because I had complained. The following day the thief was arrested at work.
Sometimes we have to shake the sugar tree. The woman had to pay restitution.

This guy loves Facebook and will "volunteer" his staff to pose for pictures, and pretend they are enjoying their assignment, in order to keep him from moving them back to patrol.
Look at training division staff, one of them was busted for calling his married girlfriend at municipal court so many times, her boss actually complained on JD. They also have the Michelin Man who wears the uniform, but is so big that he looks like an embarrassment for the entire department.

This is so fake. First of all she walked into the Camera view so the alleged robbery could be caught. Why would you get out of your car and then walk across to another car before going in the building. Her car is not in the shot.
