Your comment is horribly flawed. You say you want to replace the Electoral College with a winner take all, then say you oppose winner take all. Also do you really expect New Hampshire to give up the power of its 4 electoral votes. NH decided Bush/Gore. NH appears in play again and could decide this election. Why would they agree to amend the constitution and lose this power?
