There is a need for the leaders of Brownsville to install portable restrooms in each colonia or district. There are so many working men that need a restroom throughout the day: garbage collectors, delivery people, construction people, regular employees that are around the City: mailman, PUB guys, etc
Wonder how long it'll take for a gang of punks to claim this park as theirs.
