You are right, he hasn’t been sworn in yet and Trump has already admitted that its going to be “ very hard” to lower prices. Elon Musk already admitted that he (DOGE) won’t find the 2 trillion dollars cuts to the federal budget like he promised( as per reports). So what’s happening to all their promises. Not in charge yet and broken campaign promises galore.
I am not an economist nor a rich person but I think it has to do with owners that want more money, so they increase the price of items, then transportation increases, oil increases and it continues until the consumer stops buying the items. Now people are exchanging pantry items, they have hens to get eggs, and they are planting herbs and tomatoes in their gardens. Still life is good at this point for the whole world.
