If globalization has allowed elites to remove themselves from democratic accountability and regulation, is there any path toward a just economy?

Our government should create a national health care program. Through this program all highly qualified youth wanting to enter the medical profession would have their tuition and fees fully paid by us the taxpayer. There are many intelligent youth who cannot attend a medial school because of the lack of funding. The only condition for the participation into this program would be that after graduation these individuals would be required to work for our government for a period of 8 years. After the 8 years these individuals would be allowed to enter their own private practice. There would be no cost to citizens receiving services from these heath care institutions. All free! This is just a stupid idea from a stupid individual. This will never happen because of the power and wealth of the medical mafia.

It helps a lot but some people are too proud to accept subsidized insurance,, some doctors do not accept Obamacare, and you end up with bad medications.

In France, you have doctors that do home visits when you are sick. New Mothers gets a helper to take care of the baby and the mom can have free time. In Cuba, medicines are inexpensive. In London, they pay your taxi to go back home from the hospital.
