Oscar Luebbert “Gutierrez”…. Is he related to Port Commissioner Ernesto Gutierrez?

Steve Guerra, Ernesto Gutierrez, Tito Lopez, all have business at the port, yet they vote on same policies that govern their business’. Talk about a conflict of Intrest.

I wonder how many business at port bank with John Reed? I’m sure he got any signs of impropriety cleared through his nephew and board counsel Irwin. Yes, his nephew is the port board attorney. Talk about conflict of interest.

You have board members with no scruples and very shady character with ties to organized crime that are getting rich at the port. This same port elected officials are replacing port personnel with the likes of an ex deranged cop who doesn’t know the difference between a resaca or an ocean. Ask anyone in law enforcement about Dietrich, the man is bipolar. He only got the job because Steve Guerra wanted him to do his dirty dealings and has family ties with him.

A previous post by a 30 year retired BPD detective said it best. Guerra, Gutierrez, Cardenas, Garcia…. Names all synonymous with narcos. They are the faces of criminal elements. They have been for decades and have now made their way to local politics and are entrenched.

Brownsville Texas has seen a boom economically but don’t be fooled for a minute that it is because of the efforts of our elected leaders. Like McAllen, Brownsville has become a narco commerce zone. They need to invest in businesses to launder their money. The port of Brownsville is perfect and are doing exactly that there. Fuel is a lucrative commodity and you can launder millions as seen by the case in Utah that will go to trial in Federal Court in June. Many local co-conspirators will come out during that trial in Judge Torteya’s Court. I would not be surprised to see Port of Brownsville dignitaries had kind of some role to play.

Oscar Luebbert Gutierrez, the person mentioned on this video to be the head of stealing and selling Mexican fuel, is uncle to Port Commissioner Ernesto Gutierrez. The port commission leased him water front property in August of 2024 and it passed unanimously. Even his nephew voted for it.

Let’s add more.. don’t forget also the people inside the port helping this crooked officials.. Arturo Gomez Deputy Port Director of Operations a formal PRI from matamoros has ties with organized crime. According to public records he is responsible to oversee all the operations at the port, no wonder nobody knows nothing.. Also you have another character Guillermo Rico Director of Business Development and Marketing at the port, also a formal PRI from matamoros. Who according to public records he takes extensive trips to Monterrey, NL Mex in which he is known to
Have meetings with grupo Mefra. But what is more curious is that this two guys held the same work position in PRI matamoros as Secretary of development economy Rico from 2011-2013 and Arturo 2016-2018. Respectively. There is no doubt that this port is all about corruption and dirty money.

Steve Guerra and Ernesto Gutierrez are working their cell phones overtime and telling all who will listen that the all this news is fake. That the port of Brownsville has nothing to do with the arrest of the Utah family who laundered 330 million dollars for the cartels. That the operation was in Rio Hondo.
There is a problem with your logic Steve and Ernesto. The news report identifies Oscar Luebbert Gutierrez as the head of the imported stolen fuel. Oscar Luebbert Gutierrez is Port commissioner Ernesto Gutierrez’s uncle. He has an operation at the port of Brownsville that Steve Guerra, Ernesto Gutierrez and the rest of the commissioners voted for in August of 2024. He uses that property to import the fuel. I would bet that fuel made its way to Rio Hondo from Port of Brownsville. I am sure it will come out in Torteya’s court-room.

Still having a problem with your loss? Get over it. Trump has done more for this country than Obama and Biden combined.

It’s about time the Port got Looked at. There are a lot of things going on here. Look into the leases of the board members. A lease for property at port is for a period of three to five years. That goes for everyone, except for corrupt port board members.

The port director William Dietrich gave a 50 year lease to board member Ernesto Gutierrez for his lease. He did this at the direction of Steve Guerra. Willy Dietrich will eventually throw Guerra under the bus when the feds come calling if they haven’t already. All board members voted and are aware of this. Why would the two Johns, Reed and Wood go along for something like this? Look at Tito Looez and his brothers Leases. Look at Steve Guerra’s lease. There are certain rules for the ordinary folks but for board members and their friends and family, they make port business a family business.

Vilifying families like the Gutierrez and Guerra families for their hard work is just sour grapes by the Cowens, Ostos and other gabachos that have been doing exactly what they are being accused of for decades! Fuel and every other product that comes thru the port have been handled by these Anglo “pillars of the community” families. They have gotten rich by doing the work of the narcos but now that it’s a Mexican last name they cry bloody murder! Tough cookie. Your time has come and gone. Competition is healthy.
