What happened at Rivera with that CTE Teacher/Coach occurs everywhere and it is shameful. When that teacher started teaching he didn't have a college degree much less any training in education.
I am of a strong belief that all teachers who know that a child is being abused by another teacher should get fired for negligence, stripped of their teaching license, and retirement.

When the rumor starts, BISD must explain things and the Police should intervene. Most high schools have police officers on campus and they know what is going on, most of the time. The students know, the athletes know so the police has to investigate. Teachers have to inform the principal or a counselor. The young ladies have to be protected. CASE: there were more teachers involved, minor was taken to an apartment or motel, the student is pregnant? Scary for everybody.
BISD has always been known for so much corruption and its dirty deals!!! What else is new?? They need to get rid of all the school board members and superintendent and bring new people from somewhere else. We need new people that have no type of relationship with anyone locally!!

I am a father of 3 girls middle/high school level, i also am full of hate at Rivera higher ups that did nothing.
