The candidates that came in second place, have a chance to win. The candidate that was in first place, makes the mistake of thinking that they will win and do not run a strong runoff campaign.

Commission RDLS problem is same that Sylvia A had….smart, but the love of power and control and bullying eventually caused the “natives to grow restless” .
