He slid his hand up the outside on my thigh, running it under my sundress. I know I should have smacked his hand and asked wtf he was doing. He was my step brother, well, he used to be. I hadn’t seen him in forever, parents split, we were adults now, work, life, just busy in our new lives.
But he was here on this trip with all of our old friend group. Instead though, I just stared at him, trying to control my racing mind and breath. When he got higher, I felt his thumb grazing my hips, he looks me in the eyes finally as he realizes I’m not wearing any panties.

These programs will go through some reforms targeting fraud, waste and abuse. But don't believe me or the lying media. They are very predictable
The only ones that won't benefit are the corrupt republican and democratic politicians scamming these programs. These programs have grown wild with no true or honest oversight. The truly most in need are not getting the benefits they deserve. Now if only President Trump would try and eliminate all lobbyists.
