Starbase is outside Brownsville city limits, though the city has felt a significant economic impact from SpaceX’s presence nearby and the 2,000-plus people who work at Starbase (Mayor John Cowen estimates it’s close to 3,000 now, with SpaceX’s expansion of Starship and Super Heavy production). At the same time, it has further tightened an already-tight housing market — especially affordable housing.
The mayor predicted the relocation of headquarters would mean more high-paying jobs for the area, many more people traveling to and from the city, and more business for the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport.
“I think that it creates a lot more visibility for Brownsville,” Cowen said. “SpaceX is the most valuable aerospace company in the world. It’s an amazing thing to be able to say that you have SpaceX in your backyard, and their headquarters are coming to Brownsville.”
So with nine failed attempts to launch Starship into space and recover its various components it provides job security for the workers there. When, and if, they get it right, SpaceX could leave. Take your time, Elon.

Beautiful wife taking a bath. She fills it with bubble bath soap and then teases me with ass shots. Her breasts when she drops her face and head under the water. That's all you need to see how beautiful she is and how lucky I am.
Brownsville is on the Elon Government Tit as well. Now move along there is nothing to see here.
Elon Musk is not on the government's payroll; he is classified as a "special government employee" and does not receive a salary for his work. His role is temporary and limited to a maximum of 130 days per year.
In other words she is just a 66 year old dried up, skin hanging piece of ass. Fooie on that!
Better you than me

Of course he is on the payroll. Everything he does he uses subsidies no one asked me if I wanted to pay. You can idolize him, even pray to him, I don't care but don't pretend we are not funding him.

Stop bringing red necks
Start writing about you and describe your body and actions...that way men in this blog will stop reading your dirty posts.
Yeah! With hangers, gum and a string Mexicans fix everything.
A rocket launch could potentially affect the foundation of a home through ground vibrations and air pressure waves. These can cause structural damage like cracking, foundation settling, and even window breakage, according to the City of Cape Canaveral FL (.gov).
Here's a more detailed explanation:
Ground Vibrations:
Rocket engines produce powerful vibrations as they ignite and launch. These vibrations can travel through the ground and cause structures, including homes, to shake or even shift, potentially leading to damage, according to KCENTV.com.
Air Pressure Waves:
The intense heat and exhaust from a rocket launch create powerful air pressure waves that can travel outward and affect nearby structures. These waves can cause damage, especially to older or less well-built homes,.
Potential Damage:
While the intensity of the impact will vary depending on distance and rocket size, potential damages include:
Cracking: Interior and exterior walls can crack due to the vibration and stress caused by the launch.
Foundation Settling: The ground beneath a home may settle or shift due to the impact of the launch, causing uneven floor surfaces and other structural issues.
Window Breakage: Air pressure waves can cause windows to shatter or crack, especially those located close to the launch site.
Long-Term Effects:
Repeated or frequent launches could exacerbate these issues and potentially lead to more significant long-term structural damage.
It's a new experimental rocket, Monty. He wants to get it right before he puts people on it.
