Bullshit! Any Law enforcement agency can be involved with federal agents that are hired to do their Job! So, if a crime is being committed at Pulga, they cannot enter? Bullshit. That's just a sign!

The sign is meaningless. The Feds can go wherever they want
The problem with the sign is that a law enforcement officer isn't subject to the trespassing law when they are acting in official capacity or in pursuit. If they are only shopping or eating there, then you can deny them entry.
