Hot 50+ MILF showing her fit body for all to see. Shower and bathroom pics to stay squeaky clean. She loves to work out to keep her body tight and always ready to go. She is up for it but is damned demanding. I have grown to like kissing her ass.

A significant concern raised by a city commissioner is the necessity for additional parks. However, it is essential to consider that the City Parks Department currently oversees 44 parks, which total over 1,000 acres of parkland, and includes 32 miles of hiking and biking trails, three gymnasiums and pools, 50 buildings and structures, more than 55 athletic fields, and the Catherine Stillman Dog Park. One must also question the financial implications of such expansions. It is crucial to evaluate the long-term maintenance costs associated with any new park development. Additionally, the city commissioners and the mayor should prioritize addressing pressing issues such as street repairs and improving the drainage system. Currently, there are significant sanitation concerns, particularly near the mall, which detract from the quality of the community. It is imperative that we focus on enhancing the overall environment of our city before allocating further taxpayer resources to new park projects.
NOBODY uses CITY PARKS anymore. Kids don’t even play outside these days. They are too busy SLOBBERING on their I Phones all fucking day...a huge waste of money. You can put lipstick on a pig...
Stormy Daniels 😁
Hey comish
Fix the lights on Eagle Drive by hanna high. Those light use to be blinking on weekends and after 7pm to 7 am.
Now they are always functioning 24 hrs 7 days a week 365 days a year.
Hey Jerry, you still franky to McDonald’s for a happy meal … 🤣😣🤪
Or the other way around now… 😉😁
The park is part of drainage improvement, this is a two birds one stone kind of situation to alleviate the flooding issues of 4 corners. We need to give her a round of applause for advocating for her district. The mall area is District 3 (De Leon), good luck there, he’s too busy having daily lunch with Vendors.
That’s total BS, go to Oliveria park after school hours, visit Gonzalez Park, go to the sports park, tons of people go. I’m sure you made that post without having driven much less walked down these parks. Just because you haven’t visited a park in ages (which you should) doesn’t mean they aren’t being utilized
Montoya, this is great News!!! But I’m still interested in the Pedro Cardenias story. You know the one where he faked a divorce, got money from BCIC for his bake shop, then sold The bake shop and walked away with the money. Oh ya I’m also interested in how he is the Commissioner for a district he doesn’t even live in. Oh ya, I’m still waiting for that police altercation video too. Oh ya, word is he wanted to sue the city. Man, we need a report on that guy. Hoping a good journalist can inform soon.
Good job!
Parks are empty. There is no green grass. They are not clean. They are abandoned.
Another nut job trying to make an illegal dollar at the taxpayers expense.
Ask Macias how she is going to find this and more details on this timeline and infrastructure. She is clueless. Commissioners are too quick to praise themselves and not quick to ask questions of the inept city manager and staff.
Ya no Estes Chingando Zeke Silva. Everyone knows it’s you writing this BS about Pedro Cardenas. Learn how to use commas, they are free, pendejo.
poor kids do.
who cares? he's in for 4 more years. que te valga chorizo. and by the looks of it, he came up on top with all that bs you are concerned about. jaja. panocha.
tu dale pedrito. you kept the money, sold the store, and stayed with the babe. BOSS LEVEL SHIT!
Round of applause? Why? Was she drafted into the position? She ran for office like many other have done to enrich herself at the expense of tax payers.
And they want to add to the sewage?
Remember BCIC, they are ready to fund this project. Thats the same entity that Pedro Cardenias stole 15k for his bake shop then sold it without a peep from anyone . If they were dumb enough to okay him for funds they should not hold back funding this project. This future park is true quality of life. The best part of your response is you think they would actually share their timeline, funding plan, or engineering blueprints with you. What are you going to do with them donate $20 to build it? No, you’ll do nothing with them, you’ll just come up with something new to complain about. Keep watching that idiots YouTube channel, I can tell you’re one of the 3-4 viewers that continuously gets mislead.
Bien culo, he knows the feds are watching, he knows what’s coming. Instead of eating his chorizo which you’re obviously into, you should see how dirty it is before you put it in your mouth again. Todo pendejo, BOSS level shit mamalo bro.
This drainage project has been in development for years before she became a commissioner. She is just praising herself for something that has taken way too many years to implement.
Yes that is true historically, however as of the last two years that area was going to be turned into roughly 300 apartments, worsening the drainage in the area and decreasing water displacement. The young commissioner along with engineering and the city attorney’s office were able to salvage the land to continue the drainage project and make it a multi-purpose park. It was a win-win all around and a tough legal battle from what I’ve read.
