HEADS WILL ROLL (AGAIN) IF JOBS NUMBERS AREN'T "IMPROVED"

By Occupy Democrats

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets nightmare news as the jobs report reveals that a measly 22,000 jobs were added last month instead of the predicted 76,500 – despite him scapegoating and firing the labor statistics chief last month.

Erika McEntarfer is having the last laugh now...

"The Great American jobs machine has stalled,” stated Christopher Rupkey, chief economist at FwdBonds.

“The jobs market is cracking,” Saira Malik, the chief investment officer of Nuveen said on CNBC.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment spiked from 4.2 percent to 4.3 percent last month. The annual growth rate for average hourly wages dropped from 3.9 percent to 3.7 percent.

The Bureau also revised the June jobs report to show that the economy actually lost 13,000 jobs that month, marking the first negative employment month since December 2020.

July's jobs were revised from 73,000 to 79,000, an insignificant bump in the broader picture of stagnation.

“The addition of just 22,000 jobs in August, along with net downward revisions of previous months, shows an economy straining under the immense economic uncertainty and significant policy changes of 2025,” stated Laura Ullrich, Indeed’s director of economic research for North America.

This economic downturn is a direct result of Donald Trump's disastrous policies. His tariffs are driving up inflation and injecting widespread uncertainty into the markets. Companies are unable to plan long term because they can't be sure if new tariffs will be added or removed thanks to Trump's erratic decision-making process.

“They don’t know where things are going, whether it’s through tariffs or other dynamics – interest rates still aren’t coming down – so I think a lot of companies are just saying, ‘not now,’" Ron Hetrick, the senior labor economist at Lightcast, told CNN. “I think there’s somebody probably out there who’d like to hire, but not in this environment. They’re waiting for more certainty to occur."

Last month, Trump fired Bureau of Labor Statistics Commissioner Erika McEntarfer after a shockingly bad jobs report. That report revealed that the economy added a paltry 73,00 jobs in June (now revised to 79,000). Unemployment rose to 4.2 percent from 4.1 percent. Additionally, the monthly totals for both May and June were revised down by 258,000 jobs in total.

Trump accused her of being a partisan operative and dismissed the numbers as a "sham." With this month's report, that narrative has completely collapsed. There is no one left to blame at this point. America's failing economy can only be laid at the feet of Donald J. Trump.

My 55-year-old wife likes showing off for other guys. She enjoys wearing low cut tops that show off her titties. She's always wearing short shorts or leggings when she does errands. For work she only wears skirts some mid length, some short. Guys are always checking her out. She even let guys look down her shirt. I haven't told her but it turns me on alot.

Costco is nearing completion of what it says will be its largest store in Latin America, occupying seven hectares in the municipality of Escobedo, part of the greater metropolitan area of Monterrey, capital of the northern state of Nuevo León.

After an estimated investment of US $100 million, the branch is scheduled to open in May 2026 in the La Encomienda neighborhood of Escobedo. It will feature 20,000 square meters of construction space, including a sales floor of 15,000 square meters that will display more than 5,000 products.

(And with their shiny, new mall, this is why Monterrey residents are no longer shopping in the RGV)

There are several factors causing the slow down in jobs. AI and automation have caused fear among many executives regarding over-hiring now, only to automate roles in the near future growth. AI. As a result, they prefer to “wait and see,” stretching existing employees instead of bringing in new hires. Another culprit are recent federal policy shifts—including changes to immigration, healthcare, and labor law—have left businesses unsure of future labor costs. Although wage growth has slowed from its post-pandemic highs, it remains elevated in certain sectors such as healthcare, logistics, and professional services. Employers are reluctant to lock in long-term payroll costs at a time of margin pressure. The main concern for everyone should be those jobs that will be permanently eliminated due to automation. This will effect us all. How do you fix this?

Keep rooting against America, Monty.

7:21 You left out tariffs that are now kicking in. Also, disavowing the accuracy of job statistics can have disastrous consequences. Crime statistics are also being manipulated. This administration has never passed the smell test. I read that tariffs are being used a disguise to obtain lucrative contracts from other countries for Trump and his wealthy friends. The old "carrot-stick" approach. It was never about trade inequality. Our leaders have a history of being greedy and manipulative with its citizens and other nations. It was done behind closed doors. Now, it's out in the open for
everyone to witness.

Monty is not rooting against America. How is stating that if the job market doesn't improve rooting against America?

It is not like stating "I hope the stock market fails." Oh, I get it you don't know how to read. It is lack of reading comprehension.👍

Great, YOUR SO INVESTED IN JOB NUMBERS AND TARIFFS.. (awesome) Now explain to the rest of (THIS COUNTY) why did the judge and commissioners give themselves raises, comparing the RGV to bigger areas.

I can’t wait for your answer. I know you’ve been reading Facebook comments and the Brownsville X account. Many people read Juan’s page. Plenty of employees should be getting a raise, especially law enforcement.

You folks angry about property taxes, BISD trying to screw you again, money hungry Eddie and BISD board member trying to throw her weight around a congressional candidate because how he votes in his personal life.

I don’t just dislike Trump. He crawls under my skin like a tick and won’t let go. Every time that swollen mug flickers across the screen I feel like smashing the set with a whiskey bottle. People ask why. I’m not an immigrant, his goons aren’t raiding my paycheck, and by some crooked miracle I still hold the deed to this house. So why the venom?

Because the man is a plague. He isn’t a leader, he’s a carnival hawker with gold spray paint on his teeth. He’s everywhere. A neon specter howling through every headline, every broadcast. A grotesque salesman flogging the nation’s sanity for five bucks a ticket and a photo op. The Rose Garden turned into a patio bar, congressmen raising Diet Cokes like it’s holy wine while the economy burns. And me sitting here muttering, “I’m so lonesome I could cry,” wondering how much longer the country can stand the racket.

Meanwhile, I’m fighting busted trucks and a dead ignition coil, hands black with grease, lungs wheezing from the dust. That’s the reality. The invisible grind that keeps the world turning. Fixing the carburetor by daylight, screaming into the void by midnight. That’s where I live. And then I see Trump waddling across a stage like a carnival hog in a cheap suit, sneering while the crowd roars like demons at a tent revival. It makes me want to spit.

You ask me why I’m angry. I’ll tell you. Because Trump is the fat mascot of a rigged system, a system laughing in our faces. He’s proof that shamelessness gets rewarded while decency gets buried out back. He isn’t just a politician, he’s a walking insult. A rhinestone cowboy version of power, drunk on attention, croaking out, “Your cheatin’ heart will tell on you,” while the rest of us keep patching our roofs and chasing down spare parts just to keep the wheels spinning.

I don’t hate him because of what he did to me. I hate him because he represents everything rotten, every dirty deal, every joke at our expense. He’s the proof that greed has a crown, and the crown is laughing.

Memory hole 🕳️.. it’s a mother fucker.

I laughed my ass off watching Leticia James preaching to the choir. (Talk about using the lord’s name in vain) the blood of Jesus will save , no weapon formed against me will hurt me. Getting the Baptist Church all riled up.
Trumps a criminal, a felon.

My my, Trump just got all his money back. These so called AG are no asking for public support for their defense team fund. Courts are reversing. Now we can all see these activist rogue judges for who they are.

The hits keep coming.. 🏆
