CULTURE is defined as: food, customs and language. So why does the Rio Grande Delta have NO CULTURE? The vast population cannot speak English or Spanish properly, the food is NOT traditional Mexican food and the only custom this region has is the FUCKING LONE STAR CARD. The “Valley” is CULTURE LESS.
