HOSS of Rio Hondo has been ARRESTED for the SECOND time for HARASSMENT. First it was for harassing a teacher at Progreso ISD and secondly for harassing a student at Raymondville ISD. This guy is a real piece of shit. Years ago, he had to surrender his law enforcement credentials or get indicted for harassing a citizen. This guy is a real piece of shit!
