My dad - 101st Airborne, 501 PIR, WWII, my brother, in the 1970's, stateside, my niece, 1990's to early 2000's regular Army and Army Reserves in Bosnia and Iraq, my great-niece, currently serving in the Army Reserves. I cannot tell you how many times I have asked for clarification from my brother and nieces about the oath they have taken. It is always to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and not a POTUS.

Purposefully cherry picking pieces of the law without understanding the entire law is reprehensible and may ne a violation of the law itself.
