As a Veteran and Elk Member I would like to Thank State Representative Erin Gamez for sponsoring this luncheon . It was good to see a full house of friends sharing a meal and catching up . Ricardo's did a great job catering, everyone felt welcome and the staff did a great job. Kudos to Commander Martin Arellano of the VFW and Frank Lara Elks South District Vice-President working in conjunction to make this a memorable event.
Fideo is good. Sopa de fideo. Espaguetti de fideo. Fideo con carne. Fideo con calabaza. That is all I have to say about that.
