It’s disappointing how one-sided—and at times uninformed—this blog is. ICE agents are people just like the rest of us, trying to make a living and do their jobs. Encouraging unrest or confrontation only puts them in danger. A distracted or complacent ICE agent could face fatal consequences.
If you want to protest, do so responsibly—stay home, write letters to the editor, and engage through peaceful, lawful means. Do not promote violent rhetoric or actions. A more constructive response would be to offer support through humanitarian or relief efforts rather than interfering with law enforcement operations.
Please stand down, protesters. Escalation helps no one.
