U.S. STRATEGY TO CHOKE VENEZUELA'S OIL TO CUBA GOES THROUGH MEXICO

(Ed.'s Note: Some pundits have pointed out that behind the attack upon Venezuela and the kidnapping of its president Nicolas Maduro and his wife Celia Flores to face an indictment on drug conspiracy and weapons charges in New York is a smokescreen for a policy that is directed against Cuba, Colombia and Mexico in the best American imperialist tradition.

 At its heart, they say, is the U.S. anti-Cuba policies that have been inn place since the American government's effort to topple Fidel Castro and his successors which have not been successful despite and embargo that has choked the Cuban economy for decades after the CIA-led Cold War policies that date back to the Eisenhower administration and carried on by succeeding presidents.

Were it not for the solidarity of its Latin American neighbors like Venezuela and Mexico to prop up the Cuban regime, Cuba would have toppled long ago. Now Trump and Cuban gusano Sec. of State Marco Rubio see an opportunity to destroy Cuba and get their hands on the ultimate prize of the world largest oil reserves in Venezuela. Mexico – Cuba's largest supplier of oil – can't be far behind.)
