The sheriff department has time for to post on doors but doesn’t have time to fight for the jailers. The Jailers will lose all their vacation and holiday time tomorrow and sheriff don’t care. 12 hrs shifts mean nothing.

Since 2019 the jailers in Cameron county have been working 12 hours shift why because administration sheriffs , jail commanders and captains don’t care for there’s job commander Delgado captain Javier Mejia sheriff Trevino and past administration sheriff Garza captain Villarreal never did nothing for the jail staff they use jail budget for deputies etc and not the jail at all what is the point ex sheriff Garza change uniforms like 3 times for jail staff and ones for deputies and actual Sheriff waste money once again in units colors and uniforms of deputies stop wasting money in stupidity invest in the jail department staff and deputies

I see and live it everyday in the refineries. Work is not always easy. That’s why they call it work. That’s a lot of OT.
Sheriff Trevino won’t get votes from the jail the way things are going. The first thing he did in office was give his stepdaughter and sister a raise. nepotism? And Who idea was to put Mason in charge of the floor? The only thing Mason know is booking he has no business being major or the shift. Hes being crying he has a lot of work but doesn’t leave IT or booking. He need to be demoted or fired.
There was an all supervisor meeting at the jail and the only thing Mason kept ranting about was working as a team...Why didn't Mason talk about how his staff were making candy bags on the clock for a baby shower and how nobody is allowed to take food into the jail but he takes cakes and meals for his booking employees... Mason is always crying that booking is short, but yet everybody has weekends off... It's going from bad to worse!
Mason only worries about booking. Mason is only team booking nothing else exists to him. When they wanted to cut hours in booking they cried and Mason jumped went crying to sheriff. Sheriff you should go by and talk to the jailers the only ones that support Mason is booking bc they get away with everything and Mason helps cover it up. Mason is useless the same way he learned to run booking someone else can do it too. Everyone is replaceable.
