That is a good-looking sausage. Must agree.
I wish former City Commissioner Roy De Los Santos could oversee the preparation and selection of the chicken halves for this fundraiser. When Roy ran for election, he served chicken plates across the street from the library, and they were the best I’ve ever had.
For those organizing the current fundraiser and selling chicken plates at this location, please take note—past plates here have had plenty of room for improvement. It might be a good idea to ask Roy for a little guidance.
