Even if he is paying Montoya, it doesn’t change the fact that Chuy clocks in at about noon because he is acting in the capacity of a defense lawyer in the morning. When he does show up at the JP office, he holds court at about 1:00 and is home by 3:00. Those are facts that won’t change no matter who tells the story.
While your at it , check all the JP's for this as well. They all do the same shit, nobody is clean in that courthouse.
Facts? No it is your claim. An open records request was done. Post the results and not our opinion. I do not like Chuy, but I deal in verifiable facts. I have seen in him person and his knowledge of the law is zilch. But that is my opinion and I cannot prove it here.

Noe is not the crook, Chuy is! He is never at work, steps out for hours with his “assistant” and the women who work there come and go as they please. There is no accountability to the people of his precinct! And people think he would be a good judge? He even talks shit about his wife, man has no morals or character. He’s is where he is from kissing ass! Noe Garza is the Best choice for Cameron County! Vote Noe Garza for the 107th!
You are spot on about Chuys lack of attendance and service to the people. The idiot probably hasn’t realized the 107th if a real FULL TIME job! Also, Judge Garza is there everyday so don’t be saying all JPs do it, that’s bs! Chuys assistants do whatever they want when they want! Ask all the women that have tried working in Chuys office and they will all tell you the same thing, he’s a predator of women to the point it makes them quit! He’s sick and also talks shit about the clients he “represents” in mental health court! He’s a piece of crap!

Check his court calendar with the county! He only gives his JP position maybe 2 -3 hours a day, promises people he will be there and doesn’t show. His clerks have changed multiple times over his time as JP, ever wonder why? Time to cut him from the county tit! He’s lived on our tax dollars and not done shit long enough! OUT WITH CHUY!

It’s just more PROOF he doesn’t care about upholding his responsibilities to the public who voted for him! It’s a slap in face that he won’t release info, and it’s obvious why! Women there come and go, don’t clock in and out when they do, they run the place he just loves being surrounded by women. I feel bad for his wife, she knows not what he does in his chambers.
There’s no reply to the request because JP Chuy never replied! He thinks he owes no one answers for his actions! He knows the truth would destroy him and his image. It’s sick he makes himself out to be a family man when that’s the farthest from the truth, vows mean nothing to him he only serves his wants.
Why don’t you push for him to answer the open records request?
The campaign trail can be lonely! Thank goodness he has side women in Brownsville, his hometown (she works at Walmart), Santa Rosa, oh and the nurse from Lyford. He won’t have time to work FULL TIME at the 107th.
I’m pretty sure she does. But, if she leaves him, it’s back to being a single mom on welfare like before she met him.
His wife should divorce him and keep him from a bench she knows he doesn’t deserve before he gives her a STD from all the chicks his banging!
You should do an open letter to JP Chuy and ask him to respond to the open records request! Denying the voters transparency is very telling!
Chuy has played every Cameron County taxpayer by campaigning for the past two years while getting paid to be at his JP office where he never is! Look at all his events, during the day, weekday from 8-5! Those “free” breakfast bars were paid for by the county tax payers paying his salary! He calls his kids his “mistakes”. He’s a piece of shit, to elect him should be a crime!
