NOE GARZA TO CHUY: A JP IS A WEE BIT DIFFERENT THAN A DISTRICT JUDGE

By Noe Garza

I want to respectfully correct the record.
At the public forum, Jesus Garcia unfairly accused me of saying that Justices of the Peace are not judges and that I disrespected them. That accusation is false.

I never said that and I have never disrespected the office of Justice of the Peace. Justices of the Peace serve an important role in our justice system and in our community.

What I did say — and what I will continue to say — is that my opponent is not a DISTRICT Judge.
This race is for District Court, and there is a real difference between serving as a Justice of the Peace and serving as a District Court Judge. That is not an insult. That is a fact voters are entitled to understand.

For months, my opponent’s signs have used “Judge Chuy” and “Judge Garcia,” which may give voters the impression that he is already serving as a District Judge. He is not. Clarifying that distinction is not disrespect. It is transparency.

I will continue to run a campaign based on truth, experience, qualifications, and respect for the voters of Cameron County. I respectfully ask for your vote for Judge of the 107th District Court.

Chuy is the one that disrespects the office of a JP! He’s never there and always out campaigning on tax dollars, handling appointed cases ( being paid by tax dollars) and off with other women instead of being there to serve the people of his precinct! If a precinct can’t count on him, surely the county cannot! Truth is his enemy, that’s why he never responded to the open records request on hours for himself and his staff! Noe Garza you are running against a self serving, ego manic that makes fun of mental health issues and calls his children mistakes! Noe, you are our ONLY CHOICE! Good job clearing up his self serving lies!

I am voting for Noe Garza because he is married to an awesome lady named Adela Kowalski Garza. They also participate in the Charro Days parades. Some people get confused by titles and by names. Good point for Noe Garza to clarify things.

Juan, This is for Noe Garza. Will the law not apply to all of your supporters? Just like that Judge Rincones that left those responsible for the Daycare negligent death to flee the country or get the deported. Judge Rincones is a personal friend of the Daycare owner. Same with Noe Garza? No justice?

I watched last week’s debates as well as this week’s debates mostly due to not knowing who to vote in for county judge. I must say that Mr. Noe Garza was respectfully distinguishing the role, qualifications and burdens of a JP versus that of a district judge. Aside from evictions, I must agree that the decisions made by a district judge carry much more weight and far more life-changing consequences. It seems that Mr. Noe Garza has far more experience in actual trials in more courts than Mr. Jesus Garcia. I get the impression that Mr. Garcia is an attorney that stands by his client while he or she faces the judge to accept a plea deal rather than an actual litigator. I think it’s very misleading to the public to create signs and social media posts in a JP’s robe. It seems Mr. Jesus Garcia walks very carefully on the boundary between what is legal, but unethical and what is not allowed. When Mr. Garcia made that claim in this week’s debate, I knew instantly I needed to vote for Mr. Noe Garza. As someone who was neutral to both, I didn’t like what I heard or saw. I saw a man trying to confront Mr. Noe Garza like the mess (not professional debate) between Mr. TreviƱo and Mr. Guerra. I’m so glad the mediator stopped Mr. Garcia from continuing to do that. I also saw a desperate move by Mr. Garcia to turn the narrative. I also saw Mr. Garcia’s real temperament . I was very unimpressed. Mr. Noe Garza, however, was a class act.

Todos son compares and the law does not apply to them. Its all a business. Just like Zeke Silva. He is all over the county getting favors. Or like Pat Ahumada cashing a city check to his account and no action cuz he knew the judge. Pero Fajita Guy gets 25 years.

You are absolutely correct. How do I know? Because i personally know one of the women he was having an extramarital affair with. He likes to send pictures of his genitals. There’s no face but only certain women will know for a fact it is him! lol! He is in court as a public defender in the morning, picks up lunch and heads to the JP office around lunch time. He’s out of there by 3:00. How do I know? Because he would call up my amiga! There were a lot of times when he just wouldn’t show up the the court. He knows his wife won’t leave him because she only has a high school education and was a single mom with no money before they met. She was another married man’s side chick! Pos, wow. Karma is a bitxh.

I don't think voters will take advice or serious false allegations from someone who won't even use his or hers own God give name instead of commenting as Anonymous.

Mr. Noe Garza, the fact is neither you or Mr. Chuy Garcia are District Judges.
Your are both experienced attorneys campaigning to be the next District Judge. That's it.

Politics is a dirty business. I am sure if you were elected JP, you would use the word judge in your political campaign. Let's just get real. That is what politics is about.

You know you made an error by trying to minimize the role of a JP. Again, that is just how politics roll. Attacking your opponent just made you look more desperate.

Like the old adage says, "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen."

Noe is not attacking his opponent, he is clarifying Garcias gaslighting of voters!

Anonymous said...

Anonymous you are too! False allegations, you make me laugh! Why don’t you go sit your ass down for a week at his office and you will see it all!

What do you know thats false? Try to walk in and see our JP any day Monday through Friday 8-5 and keep count of the odds of actually getting to see him. Many of my friends and neighbors also have not been able to find him there when needed.

"You are both experienced attorneys"..
Get your facts straight!
How many federal cases has "Judge Chuy" tried?
Noe has over 300 trials!
Chuy is a puppet plain n simple!!
NOE DOMINGO FOR THE 107TH!

Misleading voters in political signs is an ethical violation, no matter who does it.

A married couple should never be allowed to both be district judges.

There's already an investigation into his wife Adela Kowalski court room for mixing religion and government. Judges should respect the people just as we respect them.

Some couples like the same things: same career, same church, same restaurants, same schools, same jobs etc

Garcia doesn’t respect the people, he will forget you the moment he wins. Texas law allows spouses to both be judges so you should be okay with it too! District Attorneys shouldn’t be allowed to openly support judicial candidates but it’s Cameron County normal practice. Saenz pushing for Jesus Garcia, do you really think anyone will get a fair shake in that court when assistant DA is there? Every endorsement by a politician is an owed favor, remember that before you vote for Garcia!

You should have your amiga come forward and prevent this scum Chuy Garcia from becoming a State Judge! He probably used his county paid phone to do it too!
