This was a deal done in the past. Jessica Kalifa, Trey Mendez etc signed documents with Musk. The lawyers just included more stuff in the paperwork. Musk gave millions to the City of Brownsville, BISD and the promise to pay property taxes. Now, comes reality. Musk has all the signed documents, pays no property taxes and is creating his own town, city and company hood. The Spaniards gave mirrors to the Indians and they took the gold to Spain.
