His political “consultant” Pedro Cardenas was the master mind behind the change to free instead of ridiculous sponsorship levels that they themselves capped. The reason they capped the limits of donations at city was to hinder Roy De Los Santos from out raising their candidate. Pedro is the self proclaimed political guru now along with Steve Guerra and the magical software they created. Whoever hires Pedro Cardenas and Steve Guerra to run their campaigns should be voted out.
Tino is just a plain idiot, he’s so far from any general citizens mind or heart. He needs to be humbled.
Let us not forget that he declined to accept US Congressman Vicente Gonzalez on his podcast. He took a direct order from Steve Guerra and Pedro Cardenas to not host him to decrease promotion of the congressman. Talk about the use of cartel tactics in play already. Tino is just another lap dog for Steve supporting Erick Flores as well.
Is Tino scared of a Republican running against him and is doing everything Pedro tells him?
I agree with the last part of your comment, vote whoever hires Pedro or Steve for political “consulting” out!!! Absolutely!!! But, I disagree with the part where you say to “hinder Roy De los Santos campaign fundraising”. If you remember well, he went against Nurith Galonsky, a heavy hitter. There are probably only two other people in this city that can out fundraise her family. Let’s be real now, Nurith is on another level when compared to Roy in terms of campaign finance. What we failed to mention is how PRIME Powers (Luis Villarel, funny how this guy finds his way into all elections) gave Roy 250k for his election! Now go look at Roy’s campaign finance report and there’s only a report of 2.5k from that company, very interesting! Where is the rest of the cash?

First and foremost you don’t know how things work, city elections are non-partisan, so afraid to run against a Republican, NO. Is he doing what Pedro tells him, yes!
