So basically El gordo de Steve didn’t want to have to work. He just wanted to pay everyone off. Another Cartel tactic, use someone else’s money to get rid of your problems, in this case it’s using El pendejo pelon Luis Prime Powers Villarral’s cash. Just look at who Prime powers provided cash to and you will see a trend: Abel Gomez, Luis VillaReal (port commish), Steve Guerra, Pedro Cardenas, Bryan Martinez, (former commish) Roy De los Santos, Gus De Leon, Joseph Lucio, Denise Garza, La Rata Pelona Carlos Elizondo …..the list goes on…..
