WTF! GUERRA PROMISES TO SPEED UP CITY'S PERMITTING PROCESS AS COUNTY JUDGE?

(Ed.'s Note: Ok, so it's not a $2,000 DOGE check, a $5,000 tariff-refund check, or a $5,000 promise if you vote for his party's candidates to be elected in November, or $90 for seniors, but how can a candidate for Cameron County Judge speed up the City of Brownsville's building permitting process? 

Will that be on day one, we wonder? 

He already promised to save Boca Chica Beach – which belongs to Starbase and the State of Texas – to pump millions into infrastructure, and to propel us into a warm and fuzzy future. Like no one has ever seen in the history of Cameron County! Now he is going to fix the city's permitting process.
