The examiner is listed on the State Board of Texas Polygraphers website. From McAllen retired DPS officer and examiner. He has done testing for almost every known agency with an acronym. Very well respected! Pete brought someone in from out of town so nobody could scrutinize this. There is a guyin Brownsville that does exams but isn't liscenced by the state. Mr. Gilbert Capuchina is state certified and liscenced.

The fact that anyone would question a polygraph test done by a lic. State certified, retired DPS officer can only mean that they KNOW Abel 1. Won't take it by someone who has done testing for the Feds. 2. He CAN'T PASS IT. There are only 2 CERTIFIED Polygraphers in the valley that are on the Boards website he is one of them.

Ok my campaign will pay for us to both do the test. Well do it in a public forum and we'll let the citizens decide who's dirty. There is another certified examiner from Corpus Christi we can bring. But ask around this guy is very well respected by the State and the Feds.

In 1997 Pete Avila was charged with theft in Case #97-CCR-4143-A when it became public thru the Brownsville Herald, Pete stated he did it because he fell on hard times but the case was dismissed after he paid the money back. In his polygraph exam he was asked if he ever stole anything and he answered “NO” PETE LIE #1 Contradicted by his own statements.
Pete Avila recently posted political ads stating he is “KEEPING IT SIMPLE” His deputies only serve papers, funeral escorts, quinianeras and church events for free, and nothing else because it's duplication of law enforcement duties and a waste of tax payer money. How is this county business?
Pete Avila forgets he submitted written documents to commissioners court requesting the approval for employment of several of his deputies stating they will patrol, conduct investigations, and many other law enforcement duties as assigned by the constable. Pete also swears that they are essential to the daily operation of the office. Based on that, commissioner court granted the employment of these deputies. During the polygraph he was asked if he has ever lied to a person of authority and he stated “NO” PETE LIE # 2 AGAIN contradicted by his own statements.
PETE AVILA HAS JUST PROVEN HOW IGNORANT HE REALY IS AND MANAGED TO DISCREDIT THE POLYGRAPHER, TRUTH IS PETE JUST CAN’T REMEMBER HIS OWN LIES. GOOD LUCK IN COURT PETE.

Start by talking to the backbone of the office, his deputies. They will tell you how efficiently and effectively the office is now running. No chicken plate can ever do that. Pete is the first politician in a long time that has been honest and has proved it. Those supporting Abel have every right as an American to do so, but like i said, do your research first.
