Pete Avila recently posted political ads stating he is “KEEPING IT SIMPLE” his deputies only serve papers, funeral escorts, quinceaneras and church events. He stated anything else is duplication of law enforcement duties and a waste of taxpayer money. How is this county business? With a budget of $ 608,000.00 per year assigned to his department. He refrains from any Law Enforcement Duties.
Pete Avila forgets he submitted written documents to commissioners court requesting the approval for employment of several of his deputies stating they will patrol, conduct investigations, and many other law enforcement duties as assigned by the constable. Pete also swears that they are essential to the daily operation of the office. Based on that, commissioner court granted the employment of these deputies. During the polygraph he was asked if he has ever lied to a person of authority and he stated “NO” PETE LIE # 2 AGAIN contradicted by his own statements.
PETE AVILA HAS JUST PROVEN WHAT A LIAR HE IS AND MANAGED TO DISCREDIT THE POLYGRAPHER, TRUTH IS PETE AVILA JUST CAN’T REMEMBER HIS OWN LIES.
On July 10, 2012 at 6:10pm I personally spoke via phone with Gilberto Capuchina the polygrapher who recently conducted a polygraph exam on Constable Pete Avila Jr. I informed Mr. Capuchina of the information stated above and asked him if knowing this new information capuchina would consider what Avila stated during the test a lie. Capuchina stated “no one really passes a polygraph exam” I knew Pete was lying but based on the comparison between the base questions and the relevant questions he showed no deception.
Mr. Capuchina refused to provide a written statement so I called again for clarification and recorded the conversation.
The polygraph exam video was posted on a local blog known as El RRUN RRUN.

Take the test . Same questions lets see who passes more questions. Baboso, even if you were right the important questions are the ones regarding extortion and protecting drug dealers. The Constable's Office has not received any new deputies. 2 slots and a office in cameron park were transferred to the DA'S Office for the Employment of Mr. Gomez and another Deputy.

Many times we were faced with bribery in that office by his friends. I was bribed by one of the Andrades to impound a vehicle and I would receive money. I also remember Mr. Gomez charging for funeral escorts and house escorts. Mr.Gomez would also work security during county time for Bettys Tortas. You also had a ghost working in your office Silvestre Garcia Mayor of Combes.

I just spoke with Mr. Capuchina, he stated Mr. Avila passed all of the relevant questions regarding:
1. THE LIMAS CASE
2. Extortion
3. Being questioned for involvement in the Limas case
4. BRIBERY
Mr. Capuchina explained that in order for a polygraph to have a bad line, the Polygraphers MUST make you lie about non relavant questions. I.E have you ever stole something.
That is a question 99.9% of people won't pass. Everyone at some point in their lives took a toy from a sibling, etc.
Misinformation and where's the ball underneath the coconut will not work with the educated public.

Just to clarify something, it is legal to record phone conversations, if you get consent from one of the two people involved. For example, you can record your own phone conversation.

FYI no one can completely pass a polygraph because you have to make the subject lie. That is why they ask such a vague question like have you ever stole something. Nobody can pass that one because even if it was as a child everyone has either taken something from a sibling or something to that effect. The detailed questions or relevant questions are the ONLY ones that matter during an interview.

Why would Mr. Capuchina speak to these people and allow them to record him. That was a losers way of acting. Mr. Capuchina really messed up his credibility in his profession. Triste!

Abel Gomez, you remember the incident at that mechanic/car lot after you were seen carrying a box that was covered up with something? You remember being stopped by the K-9 Officer and you used your badge to get out of the traffic stop? Then you got called to the DA office where it took you over two hours to report back? I have also heard that story he was stopped along the expressway. Same man also said he was extorted by ABEL at Jr's Rest. This individual who wishes to stay Anonymous stated he is one of the victims to extortion. I was at that car lot they are talking about and I was approached by abel due to some tv monitor mount rest for his seats. I ordered the seats he then changed his mind and wanted another color. I had to pay out of my own pocket to buy some new ones to install. He never came back to make contact. Several months later I am at Jr's with my girlfriend and abel puts his vehicle behind me and does not let me leave. He then asks me for the money back on the head rests. He said to payup if not I would go to Jail for DWI. Is that extortion or what? I paid him money and I was free to go home.

So I naturally thought with the new "ERIN EARLY VOTING STORY" that Abel's bullshit I caught Pete in a lie story (THAT THE HERALD WOULDN'T EVEN LET GOMEZ ADVERTISE) would also go to older posts. But low and behold still front page.
