DOWNTOWN PARKING LOT AT INTERMODAL BUS GOING UP
(Ed.'s Note: Construction on the long-awaited parking lot across the street from the Intermodal Terminal is inching its way up the Brownsville skyline. Adams Street is closed to through traffic to International Blvd. so motorists have to negotiate on the side streets to get there. After it's built, travelers can use short and long term parking. Downtown employees will also be able to buy parking permits. The term Intermodal is somewhat misleading since olny buses and taxis are being used there now. Maybe airplane runways, boats wharves and helipads are in the plans.)

... and tunnels from Mexico.
Juliet Garcia did her best to stop this beautiful bus station. Remember? Get out an vote now for Mayor Pat, the only alternative to this woman's continuing power.
I don't care what your opinion is of Pat. He's a far better alternative than the current mayor.
And it is right next to the facility (Casa Del Nylon) that the mayor will expect citizens to use as a hurricane shelter, since he bought this instead of building the Domes that the Feds were to pay the majority of the money for.
