SPACEX HIRING JARDINEROS: IS THERE GRASS ON MARS?

Overview:
Work as part of a team of elite individuals building and improving the blase pristine environment at Boca Chica Beach where we plan to install our ear-splitting rocket launch facilities. Be there on the ground floor, getting your hands dirty on the sludge and chemical after-launch wastes that contribute directly to the success of future launches.

Responsibilities:

Landscaping is an important function of the Launch Site Engineering and Build team. The Landscape Engineer will be tasked with assembly and fabrication of various, spatially-pleasing structures to divert the attention of the public from the noise and other pollution that results from the launching Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, Cargo Dragon, and Crew Dragon. Some examples of these projects include: sand dune reconstruction, replenishment of lomitas and other natural structures that may be altered as a result of the operation of rocket structure and propulsion component manipulation of equipment, air bearing systems, robotic drilling solutions, friction stir weld machines, roadway transportation systems, static and dynamic fixturing, etc. The main task of a Lansdcape Engineer is to complete ecological mitigation required after successful rocket launchers.
Lay out, fit, and manipulate natural systems to allow other engineers to assemble structures, such as tooling, erector parts, and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques.
In addition to gardening, a successful jardinero will include training outside contractors (grass cutters, etc.) and handling additional equipment (shears, shovels, lawn mowers) on launch sites.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of grass-cutting experience, succulent experience a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience of leveling sand dunes, filling in wetlands, depriving endangered species of a habitat.
Minimum 3 years of experience of garden layout and shovels, hoes experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:
5+ years of migrant labor  experience
Strong back, and understanding of shovels and lawn mower processes
Proficient in comic-book reading and lay out
Proficient in weed detection, eradication
Proficient in Sabal palm cutting as well as huisache destruction
Experience working with work gangs and ditch digging
Applicants preferably Hispanics from the Brownsville area

Additional Requirements:
Will be tested to basic grass cutting before being hired
Must pass eye exam for fitting of a safety shield
Lifting up to 300 lbs, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing stooping, stretching and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
Must be available to work all required shift hours and be available to work overtime, and weekends, as needed
Must pass BISD background checks for misdemeanors and felonies
Must be willing to travel for months at a time to agricultural tasks in the Midwest
