(Ed.'s Note: We received this photo of these Presuntos Implicados at yesterday's unveiling of a brand new I-69 marker for the 550 overpass from U.S. 77 to the Port of Brownsville. The signs are nice, but we wonder when the money to actually build the roads will appear. Pictured here are Sen Eddie Lucio Jr., Cris Valadez (Maclovio to his friends), Cameron County Judge Pete Sepulveda, Texas Secretary of State Carlos Cascos, and State Rep. Eddie Lucio III. The white haired gentleman on Cascos' right (and Sepulbveda's left) is Tryon D. Lewis, chair of the Texas Transportation Commission, which oversees statewide activities of the Texas Department of Transportation. He was appointed to the commission by Gov. Greg Abbott on Feb. 13, 2015. Except for that guy, they all look happy.)
