(The last we heard from local attorney Ruben Herrera was a text message with this photo attachment sent from the foothills of the Patagonia. Yes, that's Patagonia as in the southern tip of Argentina in South America. Herrera, a Texas Southmost College trustee, never ceases to amaze us with his whirlwind motorcycle tours to all corners of the world. The other day he called us from the Grand Canyon on his way to California, And just recently, he and others traveled down the Pan American Highway all the way down to South America.
