Illegal dumping is caused by high fees charged at our city owned landfill.
Eliminate those fee’s, and our trash problem will go away.

I blame the trash fees and gente cochina...we can't do anything or we are charged fees.
I would have to disagree, because from what I have experienced. I have taken my PUB bill to landfill and disposed of four tires for FREE. This can be done by everyone, its just laziness, and disrespect of people of Brownsville.
Downtown has $500,000 on cameras, but none in the alleys where this trash is dumped. Thanks city commission for being so narrow minded.
