there are plenty of srinking fountains on the hike and bike trail between FM 802 and FM 511 parallel to Paredes line Road.
surprisingly none of the fountains south of fm 802 work.
You can build the homeless condominiums on the beach, for all of them, provide them with food and medical care. The problem is they do not want to abide by any rules, they do not want to give up drugs, alcohol, smoking etc.
We all can thank zavapatas for the lack of services available to the homeless. Instead of making available all types of assiatance to open high faluting CANTINAS AND PIZZA PARLORS the city can assist in
501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, for homeless assistance purposes.

They shut down the water fountain at the veterans park so the homeless there can not use the water fountain que pinches blame that bike trail city commissioner for this, but provide all the elistis that don't use the bike trail all the fountains in the world that they don't even use even a bike shop
