The prices have come down from a high of nearly 80 cents to the current 55 cents across recyclers in the city. It is hard work to earn a few dollars, but it might earn him City of Brownsville Commissioner's Rose Gowen's Cycler of the Year Award, but we we wouldn't hold our breath. Obviously, it keeps him fit and rids the city of unsightly litter. More power to him!)

Juanito the garbage truck? I see two or three different company trucks one could belong to that blue blood family that used to rent uniforms to the city, now they're in the trash business. The trucks I saw were used ones the specs asked for new trucks and a maintenance facility located here.
I recall they used to rent to the city used and torn uniforms for the public works and other departments. I wonder if those uniforms were purchased from that other blue blood family??? No contracts, no bids, no nothing, que bonito.
