THAR SHE BLOWS! WINDS BATTER BIRDS OF A FEATHER...
(Ed.'s Note: With southeasterly gale-force winds approaching 30 miles an hour in anticipation of a shift to the north Wednesday, these sea gulls and ducks hunker down along a section of Resaca de la Palma along the frontage road Tuesday morning. The ducks and gulls ave become notorious scavengers of customers at the McDonald's Restaurant there. But at this moment they are content to hunker down and bar the wind coming off the water.)
