As America became the epicenter of the global ontravirus pandemic, Trump downplayed the escalating national crisis.
Until he realized that he couldn't talk his way out of the Coronavirus peril, he was leading us to hell in a handbasket. This paranoid prevaricator, waving his hands madly that he is the victim of hoaxes and conspiracies, never accepted the warnings of the world's best scientists because he knew more than they as a result of his gut feeling.
What will he say today that the U.S. leads the world in the number of COVID-19 cases despite this huckster's claims?
These are his comments regarding Coronavirus until he woke up one day and could no longer smell the roses. Everything had gone to shit he could no longer deny the truth from his nose:
Jan. 22: “We have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China. We have it under control. It’s going to be just fine.” — Trump in a CNBC interview.
Jan. 30: “We think we have it very well under control. We have very little problem in this country at this moment — five — and those people are all recuperating successfully. But we’re working very closely with China and other countries, and we think it’s going to have a very good ending for us, that I can assure you.” — Trump in a speech in Michigan.
Feb. 10: “Now, the virus that we’re talking about having to do — you know, a lot of people think that goes away in April with the heat — as the heat comes in. Typically, that will go away in April. We’re in great shape though. We have 12 cases — 11 cases, and many of them are in good shape now.” — Trump at the White House.
Feb. 14: “There’s a theory that, in April, when it gets warm — historically, that has been able to kill the virus. So we don’t know yet; we’re not sure yet. But that’s around the corner.” — Trump in speaking to National Border Patrol Council members.
Feb. 23: “We have it very much under control in this country.” — Trump in speaking to reporters.
Feb. 24: “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA. We are in contact with everyone and all relevant countries. CDC & World Health have been working hard and very smart. Stock Market starting to look very good to me!” — Trump in a tweet.
Feb. 26: “So we’re at the low level. As they get better, we take them off the list, so that we’re going to be pretty soon at only five people. And we could be at just one or two people over the next short period of time. So we’ve had very good luck.” — Trump at a White House briefing.
Feb. 26: “And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.” — Trump at a press conference.
Feb. 26: “I think every aspect of our society should be prepared. I don’t think it’s going to come to that, especially with the fact that we’re going down, not up. We’re going very substantially down, not up.” — Trump at a press conference, when asked if “U.S. schools should be preparing for a coronavirus spreading.”
Feb. 27: “It’s going to disappear. One day — it’s like a miracle — it will disappear.” — Trump at a White House meeting with African American leaders.
Feb. 29: “And I’ve gotten to know these professionals. They’re incredible. And everything is under control. I mean, they’re very, very cool. They’ve done it, and they’ve done it well. Everything is really under control.” — Trump in a speech at the CPAC conference outside Washington, D.C.
March 4: “[W]e have a very small number of people in this country [infected]. We have a big country. The biggest impact we had was when we took the 40-plus people [from a cruise ship]. We brought them back. We immediately quarantined them. But you add that to the numbers. But if you don’t add that to the numbers, we’re talking about very small numbers in the United States.” — Trump at a White House meeting with airline CEOs.
March 4: “Well, I think the 3.4% is really a false number.” — Trump in an interview on Fox News, referring to the percentage of diagnosed COVID-19 patients worldwide who had died, as reported by the World Health Organization.
March 7: “No, I’m not concerned at all. No, we’ve done a great job with it.” — Trump, when asked by reporters if he was concerned about the arrival of the coronavirus in the Washington, D.C., area.
March 9: “So last year 37,000 Americans died from the common Flu. It averages between 27,000 and 70,000 per year. Nothing is shut down, life & the economy go on. At this moment there are 546 confirmed cases of CoronaVirus, with 22 deaths. Think about that!” — Trump in a tweet.
March 10: “And we’re prepared, and we’re doing a great job with it. And it will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away.” — Trump after meeting with Republican senators.
A DAY LATER , ON MARCH 11, THE W.H.O. DECLARED THE GLOBAL OUTBREAK A PANDEMIC.

The E.U. - 300,000+ cases
The U.S. - 86,000+ cases
I wrote a comment on yahoo about how a great job Trump was doing : 1) He divided the country into Republicans, Trump CULT so called Republicans, Democrats, independents 2) lied to the country about his taxes, his properties, his actions 3) gave tax cuts to the rich, gave us the ordinary people something that eventually the little people have to PAY BACK, 4) cares more about the economy ($$$$$$$) than the human individual, 5) NEVER admits he is wrong about anything, 6) has fought with EVERY SINGLE AGENCY in the free world and we are now paying the consequences of his ineptitude 7) CANNOT BLAME Obama anymore.
I got one guy who told me I HOPE YOU DIE, (considering the fact that I am a woman and my name on yahoo clearly states it, that says a lot about him as a human being) and 5 thumbs down only 2 thumbs up. I could name another 7 or 10 more things on the list, ALL TRUE AND PROVEN, but why? People will NEVER open their eyes, not even when they see the ripper at the head of their death bed so lets see if Karma finally puts people in their right places in the universe.
El Paya Jerry sigue mamando su propia verga, siempre imitando a escritores como si fuera uno. Es on lambiscon de primera, ese guey!
He should be there in the hospital next to a person that has the virus, shake the person's hand and say that it is going to be OK then see what happens when he gets the virus
March 27 7:56...your rambling diatribe makes me suspect that you are just another stupid Mexican.

Enough of the Bullshit on blaming Trump. Texas governor Abbot entrusted our security, or health, our lives to the local political leaders, who in turned took a World Crisis into their hands. They were calling the shots as to who, what, and when to act. Not only were the local political, but doctors, school administrator, lawyers, attorneys, and judges involved in this conspiracy in our Texas local government. Check it out, our so called congressmen are no where to address this covered-up corruption. The only ones who are addressing this world crisis is our so called county judge Eddie Trevino and the mayor. They were the ones that decided to put Cameron county and other local counties on the map. Now you want to blame Trump for allowing such corruption. Governor Gregg Abbot needs to address and make sure these so called leaders get sanctioned. Start by charging them $1,ooo. for every time they open their mouth. Charging all the above entities responsible for conspiracy to cover-up such corruption to protect these so called elite wana- bees. The lower Rio Grande Valley is infected with the so called Covid_19,because our local government chose to take matters into their own hands. Where is Vela, where is Lucio? Maybe they are in quarantine. Check the border crossing, who is monitoring it?
Nothing new here. No matter what President Trump does it's wrong and anything bad is his fault. The Democrats have been doing this for 3 1/2 years. The hate towards him will continue no matter what. If he wins again the hate will continue for four more years. The hate is so great and the liberals keep losing so they just keep hating more. Try winning an election.
Democrats would not approve the stimulus package unless it included 25 million for the Kennedy Center. Yeah Democrats really care about you. Stay poor and vote Democrat.
As everyone has seen, when shit hits the fan, the compadre system that Trump has set up can’t hold up. Has anyone else in the history of presidents made their kids “Senior Advisers to the President”?
I have said many times a lot of Democrats failed to check under their beds for that giant seed pod. The POTUS is doing far more than any other president would have done under the circumstances. I mean really do we really want a left winger running things right now. As for his style and personality does any Democrat think we did not know what we signed up for? He's doing exactly what I expected him to do, flush out the vermin not just in Washington but across the country. On the flip side many Democrats down here without cable TV continue to be mesmerized by the sculpted "journalism" of the big three ABC, CBS & NBC. Gente despierta! This alone was one good reason for panic.
