The residents living in the public-assistance developments have no such paladin on the city commission and probably can't afford a nice family car, much less the the nice bikes they need to ride the trails. The effort to improve HEALTHY life styles like exercise by riding bikes will take off EVENTUALLY.
We have a crisis in OBESITY and DIABETES leading to high fatalities from COVID.
Please help make these bike trails a success.
If you don't have a bike then you might want to take a hike.
