JURY ISSUES THREE GUILTYS VERDICTS IN FLOYD'S DEATH

CNN

The second-degree unintentional murder charge alleges Minneapolis Police Officer Drek Chauvin caused George Floyd's death "without intent" while committing or attempting to commit felony third-degree assault. In turn, third-degree assault is defined as the intentional infliction of substantial bodily harm. GUILTY

The third-degree murder charge alleges Chauvin caused Floyd's death by "perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life." GUILTY

The second-degree manslaughter charge alleges Chauvin caused Floyd's death by "culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm." GUILTY

The charges are to be considered separate, so he could have been convicted of all, some or none of them. Chauvin could face up to 40 years in prison for second-degree murder, up to 25 years for third-degree murder, and up to 10 years for second-degree manslaughter.

The actual sentences would likely be much lower, though, because Chauvin has no prior convictions. Minnesota's sentencing guidelines recommend about 12.5 years in prison for each murder charge and about four years for the manslaughter charge. The judge would ultimately decide the exact length and whether those would be served at the same time or back-to-back.

(After Chauvin was convicted bail was revoked and he was placed in custody of Hennepin County.)

Don't think this will change much with blood-thirsty cops. They know how to protect themselves in even the smallest of dangers - shoot and then say you feared for your life. Police are rarely held accountable.

Fact.

You can lean on my neck like that for 20 years and I would walk away.

The law is subjective.
Justice is political.
And a fair trial is known as a free sample.

What About the Cops Who Watched George Floyd Die?

Whether or not Derek Chauvin is sentenced to the max, George Floyd’s death revealed another deep policing problem: the failure of fellow officers to intervene.

Fake court and death of George Floyd! Ese negro era un actor de película pornos, but still un pinche actor! Does it make sense that a guy who knew that the cops were coming, just stayed inside his vehicle, when he had plenty of time to escape for using fake money. The cop and Floyd were acting exactly like you see in professional wrestling on TV! Wake up people, it's all government psyop operations, just like those more than 50 fake mass shootings that started when veggie Biden came to office. Fuk all of you retards who voted for this vegetable! Expect to see more fake shit and Idiotas still falling for them! Hahahahaha!

Pretty sad that a career convicted felon who WAS committing a crime and pumped up with drugs is treated like some high profile person. This POS died because of his heart failing DUE to drugs and not the pressure on his neck because he could still breathe since he was talking. The only reason this blood thirsty cop got convicted is because of his attitude on the video.
To the dumbass 5:14, "don't do the crime if you can't do the crime," pendejo!

The cop was a scapegoat for corrupt politicians!
If the cop is guilty then the city should not of paid the millions to floyd' s family
How can the city and the cop both be at fault
Its either or
I call BS

Everyone missed the fact that this little angel committed a crime. This is the reason why the police was called out to the scene, but no!!! "He was a decent human being. He was a nice man!", BS! He was a damn crackhead passing out counterfeit money, now he's an idol to a bunch of idiots!

To the Former RGV Leo said guy....what crime was George Floyd committing? On drugs or not its his business. He was not caught wheeling and dealing for that cop to just kneel on him and escalate the situation to cause his death. The other cops were to scared to have jumped in and try to stop there colleague from doing what he was not to do. George Floyd was a night club bouncer, a mentor to the youth in Minnesota. This didnt even happen in Brownsville or in texas and you think you know the story. Por eso nunca progresan porque estan en todo menos en misa. EVERBODY with a badge and uniform ALWAYS abuses there power. Thats everywhere, yes you got good cops and bad cops. Its the bad ones that make it hard for the good ones. Dont go around saying the worst of the one thats not here today. Tenga respeto!!! Jusy cause hes the dead one dont mean he was the bad on too. The young man that made the call to police insinuating that George Floyd was trying to cash a false check now has to live with the guilt of him mistaking it and making a call to 911 thinking that they could help with helping him identify if the check was real or fake, not for them to kill George Floyd!!! The owner of CUPFOODS testified along with this young man to set the story straight. So on drugs or not George Floyd was not committing a crime to have made this COP kill him or cause his death. Not only one family lost a loved one,, two families lost here because George will never come back and the cop will never return home to his family either!

This crime isn't over it is just starting. Think of all the money being made off of this. When will the movie come out. The book to be written. The political hacks using this to get money for there campaign. The family fights over the money given to Floyd family. Get your popcorn ready and sit back and watch the show. Just a simple question, if you are a law enforcement officer why would you get out of your car when a black person is involved?

The initial news release, posted on the police department’s website, is titled “Man Dies After Medical Incident During Police Interaction.” It said Mr. Floyd, who was not identified by name, “physically resisted officers” on the scene who had ordered him out of his vehicle. “Officers were able to get the suspect into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress,” the release said.
The Minneapolis Police Department’s initial inaccurate and misleading description of George Floyd’s death last May “might have become the official account” of what took place, had it not been for video taken by a teenage bystander. nyt

Brownsville will make this drug 💉 king a hero for the Mexicans in Brownsville. Brownsville city commissioners will get taxpayers money 💰 to build a statue and have a parade in Southmost area. Dope will be ok for this celebration. All homeowners must have a picture of this asshole in their yard.
