(Ed.'s Note: Doubt and disbelief greeted the filing of JP 2.2 Jonathan Gracia in his bid to gain a place on the Democratic Party ballot for this March primaries. It is surprising to many who see all his signs up and watched him and a film crew last year before December 31 putting together a campaign film. Were they working for free?
He also hosted an anti-COVID 19 gathering, and passed out chicken plates, all thinly disguised under the Gracia Law Firm instead of what he was really doing – campaigning for the District 38 Texas House of Representatives seat now held by Eddie Lucio III who, along with his father District 27 Senator Eddie Lucio Jr., announced they wouldn't seek reelection.Now we are to believe that this "public servant" has been promoting his bid for District 38 with no money in contributions, no expenditures, and $2.03 in the bank since July to December 2021. (Really?)
And – in keeping with this austere report – he also forgot to write in the election date and position he holds now and the one that he is seeking. What else is he not saying?)
