DPS was there. All cowards in Stetsons.

May God damn them.

It seems that the district police radioed information that the suspect was barricaded, without hostages. That information was obviously wrong. The DPS policy is to not to wait if there are hostages. The local city police did not go in based on the same information it seems.

It was a difficult situation. The children, female teachers, a guy with a gun, locked doors, unlocked doors....this shows that police are also scared when there is a gun involved...they have families, children of their own...

Schools need to practice for this type of situations: elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, all staff (custodians, cafeteria workers, secretaries, clerks, principals, teachers, and even parents should be invited to participate in trainings during OPEN HOUSE or MEET THE TEACHER)

The schools have to protect themselves first, then they can call the police
